Shout out to my amazing customers!

Why I've been blown away by my amazing customers this last fortnight...

I'm still only a small business, I'm still learning every single day, I'm still in the process of figuring out how it all works, I'm still prone to having the odd meltdown every now and then, and I'm still absolutely grateful to each and every one of my customers - that I am sure about!

Sometimes life throws a whole heap of crap at you and just when you think you won't be able to cope with it all; when you're worried about family, business, money, Christmas and more - you get a knock on the door and a courier turns up with a box full of absolutely delicious muffins, just for you, as a thank you. And less than a week later, another knock at the door turns out to be a Hotel Chocolat and prosecco delivery.

This is the stuff of my dreams you guys! Not only because of chocolate and muffins, I mean that's a given, who doesn't dream of free food?? But because it's made me realise that I have a great little thing going on here, that my customers that are happy, so happy in fact that they've gone out of their way to do something special for me, and that actually, this is what success looks like to me...

I got so many compliments from our guests for our invites. That meant I quickly got Kim on board for orders of service, table numbers, table plan cards and a few other off the cuff bits - bar cards and a do not disturb sign. Everything was beautifully printed and packaged."
