WHEN TO ORDER/SEND

Save the Dates

Save the dates should be sent 6-12 months before the date of your wedding.

For weddings abroad we would advise sending them slightly sooner at the 12-18 month mark, to allow guest to book travel/accommodation etc.

Order: Approximately 4 weeks before you’d like to send.

Invitations

It is customary for wedding invitation cards to be sent out approximately 3 months before the wedding day.

If you are marrying abroad then you may want to lengthen this timescale to 6 months before your wedding.

Please allow time for proofing and delivery, especially if you are ordering from outside of the UK.

Order: Approximately 6-8 weeks before you’d like to send.

On the Day Stationery

Stationery for your wedding day must be ordered 2 months before your wedding date.

If you're marrying abroad your stationery must be ordered 2 months before the date that you travel.

Please allow for the additional postage time if you live outside of the UK. Let us know if you need an express delivery service and we will be happy to quote you for this.

Order: Approximately 8 weeks before your wedding day

Thank You Cards

One final reminder of your day and a great way to thank your friends & family for their presence & kind gifts. It is customary that they should be sent approximately 1 month after your wedding date.
