Real Wedding : Camilla & Adam
I received these BEAUTIFUL photos from Camilla & Adam’s wedding a few weeks ago and am so glad I’ve finally had the chance to share them with you. I’m really loving the organic, summery!
Camilla and Adam wanted to keep their wedding bright and natural and used one of our house collections (Spring Crest), to do just this. We included a fun illustrated portrait of them both which gave the design a personal touch and something to keep for years to come.
A lovely note from Camilla :
“I really enjoyed working with Kim and seeing her creativity in action. Pingle Pie are extremely reliable and the quality of the stationery was excellent. I’ve recommended them to friends… finding a top quality wedding stationary provider was a real challenge especially when you want something creative and one of a kind.”

How did the two of you meet?
We met through a mutual friend. Both of us were newly out of relationships and she thought we would be a really good match - how right she was!
Who proposed and how?
Adam proposed to me when we were on a cruise in the Norwegian fjords and he asked if I could put something in the safe for him. When I opened it the ring was inside - I turned around and he was down on one knee.
What inspired your wedding style?
I wanted the day to be full of colour but also very natural. My choice of flowers was therefore wild flowers. We had lots of them and the whole venue was perfect.
What were your favourite parts of the day?
For me it was seeing my future husbands face when the doors to the venue opened for me to walk in - he was so emotional and it was honestly the happiest day of my life.
For Adam it was similar. The music started playing and the doors opened for me to make my entrance. On seeing me he said that he felt so much emotion and love that he struggled to keep it together.
What wedding planning tips do you have for future brides and grooms?
Plan the day together, even the small details. Seeing it all come together so smoothly on the day is amazing.
Did you go on a honeymoon?
Adam planned a surprise honeymoon for me. He took me to the U.S. for 3 weeks and we travelled from the East to the West Coast - via planes, trains, and automobiles :) We had an amazing time and saw incredible things. My highlights were seeing bears in the wild in Yellowstone and spending time in San Francisco.
