Ceremony and Reception Times, Dates, Venues
Guest Names and Addresses
Wedding Website links and Passwords.

 

What do I do with your information?

I use your information to create your printed wedding stationery, for internal records keeping, for follow ups and testimonials.

You only get added to the marketing email list if you opt in via one of the forms on our website, we only send x4 newsletter emails per year.

 

How Do We collect and Store Your Information

I use Googlemail, Google Drive and Dubsado to collect and store you personal information. (Your Names, Shipping Information, Wedding Details).
I use Mailchimp to store and send newsletters. (Your Name & Email Address).
I use Stripe and Paypal to process all payments. (Payment Information).

All accounts are password protected and you can request alteration or deletion of any data at any time via email to pinglepie@googlemail.com

 

How long do I keep your information?

Digital files are archived within 90 days of final job completion and are permanently deleted after a year.
Printed copies are kept for up to a year and then are responsibly destroyed.
Emails will be kept for up to one year.
Invoices will be kept up to 6 years due to tax regulations.

I retain the right to use all designs as part of my social media marketing including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, at wedding shows and on my own website but promise to never show any of the following information: full postage addresses, full email addresses, full website addresses and passwords.
